Katy is a practicing futurist who is obsessed with helping organisations develop stories of potential futures. She works with Boards and Executive teams to get clarity on a range of potential futures, chart a preferred future and build it into strategy.

Execution comes with building capability in the Exec and Senior Leadership team to lead towards those potential futures with agility, deep human connection and innovative value creation. Collaboration and partnerships are fundamental in delivery of future focused strategy and Katy helps build the ethos, strengths and mindsets of your team to do partnerships exceptionally well.
